Information we receive
The enquiry form collects your name, email, service choice and project brief. Company, phone, date, location and budget are optional. No attachment or marketing subscription is requested.
Purpose and use
We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss the scope and prepare a quote. Enquiries are stored in WordPress and a notification is sent to the studio’s chosen email recipient. Details are not added to an advertising list.
Retention and access
Authorised studio users can access enquiries. The planned retention period is 180 days. At the end of this period, records are reviewed and those no longer needed are removed. Records needed for contracts or legal obligations are considered separately. This plan must be confirmed against actual business practice before launch.
WhatsApp, video and analytics
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a suggested message; you send it yourself. YouTube or Google Drive loads only after you choose a video and allow the player. Analytics, if configured, loads only with analytics consent. Names, email addresses and project briefs are not sent to analytics.
Your rights and requests
You may contact the studio to request access, correction or erasure. Restriction, objection and portability requests may apply depending on the circumstances. Cookie consent can be withdrawn using the preferences control. The Dutch supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
